Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. In the year 17 She was granted her pro card just a year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit gymnastics in her youth. The Pro Card just one year later aged 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage once she earned her Pro Card to complete her undergraduate studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from her previous place of performing in elite events including those at the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued throughout the years following her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. She was awarded four more health titles before the end of the year. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the young IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel was able to take six years off from competition after earning her pro-card to complete her undergraduate education. In October of 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The competition saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016 she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and therefore qualified for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. In the space of three months, Ariel appeared on stage for the Olympia and won 6th in Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was not just proud of the result. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lat-pull-downs (on a machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the actual workout. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all of the back exercises she does. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
