April Bowlby

April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American actress, model and singer. She's played Kandi as part of her role on the CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actor who is best recognized for her role as Stacy Barrett in the American Legal Comedy drama/fantasy television series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi on the comedy series Two and a Half Men. Her first job was modeling, and then moved to television and film. She made her first appearance on a small screen, as an extra on the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. After that, she made appearing in one-off episodes of other TV shows. She soon landed the part as Kandi in the TV show Two and a Half Men. Bowlby's role as Stacy Barrett on the series Drop Dead Diva earned her recognition around the world. She was the main character of Elastigirl/Rita Farr in the American web-based show Titans. The actress will reprise her character as a spinoff character from The Doom Patrol series. Bowlby has also appeared in TV films, including Sands of Oblivion and The Wrong Daughter. She debuted on the big screen in All Roads Lead Home, and later appeared on the screen in The Slammin Salmon as well as From Prada to Nada. Bowlby relocated to Manteca California as a child and attended East Union High School. Before deciding to pursue an acting career and directing, she took classes in French as well as ballet at Moorpark College. She trained with Ivana Chaubbuck. She was offered a part in a television series (Kandi, Two and a Half Men), months before having her Hollywood audition. Bowlby has appeared on a number of TV programs, such as CSI in 2004. CSI: NY in 2005, Freddie in 2005 as Sydney and How I Met Your Mother in 2007 as Meg. More recently Bowlby has played the character as Natasha as Natasha in All Roads Lead Home a 2007 movie about a 12 year old girl who lost her mother in an auto collision. Bowlby will play Mia the main character in The Slammin Salmon (2008). She is from Los Angeles. Her hair is red with blue eyes. She was never married, and has there are no children.
