Cecily Legler Strong is a known American comedian and stand-up actor well-known as a prominent cast member of 'Saturday Night Live'. After taking an improv training class when she was nine years old She began her acting career. She had a dream of making acting her profession but quickly realized her passion was comedy and moved her focus to improv performances. Her first gig was on cruise ships with fellow members of Second City Conservatory and iO Chicago. Strong performed in popular shows like Chicago Sketch Fest, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, New York Sketchfest as well as Virgin Daiquiri The female-only improv troupe. The show's biggest star was 2012 when she made her debut on 'Saturday Night Live' in its 39th Season as a star cast member hosting on the Weekend Update segment first with Seth Meyers and later with Colin Jost.
